My colleague and best friend Jenny Schmnid and I are taking our mutual interest in old-school-meets-new school mixer practices into the streets. Using a combination of pen on transparency paper, light box, camera, real-time software, a Lemur and a number of aligned projections, we perform a sort of live cinema where drawings are animated and narrative is woven.

This work was premiered at Pay Attention: GM08, a group exhibit at the Soap Factory in Minneapolis. Video documentation of that performance is here.
